Experienced teachers should get a bonus every 5 years. Say $500 for every year over 10! ($5000 at 10 years, $7500 at 15 years, $10000 at 20years...)

NBCTs should start their own personal idea sharing conference. Run by and for teachers. I'll run the first one if there is enough interest 50 or so teachers at a 2-3 day Teachers' Bag of Tricks-"Share what you know conference" in Jacksonville, Fl! Any teachers interested?

Wouldn't it be nice if all educators got travel discounts. Thank goodness my travel agent offers them!
